Which photos can I use?

Photos you took or have the rights to use. If a photographer shot the home, make sure your agreement covers web use. You are responsible for the photos and the copy on your pages.

Fair housing

Every listing page carries the Equal Housing Opportunity logo and notice. Describe the property, never the buyer: the AI polish button is written to those rules, and so should your own copy be.

Does Homefolio pull from the MLS?

No. Nothing is scraped or imported from any MLS. You enter the listing, the MLS number is optional, and your pages are yours to take down at any time.

Who owns the leads?

You do. Leads are stored only to show you them, sent only to you (and co-listing agents you name), and deleted with your account. We never sell or share them.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing disappears. Your listings stay editable, one active listing stays published on the free tier, and the rest wait until you choose a plan.

Web plan vs. the iPhone app

Plans bought on the web are managed from Account → Manage billing. Plans bought in the app are managed in your iPhone’s Settings → Subscriptions. One account, one plan, either way.

Custom domain

On the Brokerage plan, point a CNAME at homefolio.da1yn.com, then connect it from Account. Your portfolio and listings appear on your domain with no Homefolio branding.
